Liz Jurcik, Founder and President
I am a people strategy chess master: always thinking five steps ahead and adjusting as the environment changes.
I have over a decade in executive HR leadership roles focused on tying organizational strategy to people through strategic planning, change management, project management, data science, and talent management at some of the largest organizations in the United States. I’ve won industry recognition, including the Maverick Award, for my innovative approach to workforce planning. I’ve been a speaker at several industry conferences around the world, even once winning favorite speaker.
I believe that employees are the biggest competitive advantage an organization has. Every employee can rise to high expectations if provided with a strong, strategic total benefits package, aligned and meaningful goals, and the tools, time, and encouragement to grow.

I have traveled to all seven continents - I’m a bona fide world traveler!
I hold dual citizenship in the USA and Czech Republic (Czechia).
I love Disney Parks (see above) - I do my best to bring curiosity and wonder to every facet of my life.
I’ve advocated for cancer research funding with my congressional leaders in DC multiple times. I was diagnosed with pancreas cancer at the age of 31, and I treat every day like the gift it truly is!
